Justin's memorial service included people from many aspects of his life.  Included were poems and eulogies presented by members of the band, friends, co-workers and family members.  Interspersed throughout, the New Orleans Concert Band performed musical selections pertinent to Justin's life.  All in all, it was a touching and powerful tribute to a special person.   Please view the pdf attached below to see the full program and texts of the poems.

On July 14, 2013 we lost a dear friend a member of the band.
Justin Whitney, one of our french horn players died suddenly as a result of a diabetic coma.
